health:

-If you suffer from any health problems / pregnancy, please indicate this when coordinating treatment, in case there is a medical problem that has not been reported in advance, we will make efforts to adjust to possible treatment, but this is not always possible.
– Enter the pool only after a shower and without makeup / creams / open wound.

Times:

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of treatment in order to get organized, to get into the atmosphere.
In case of delay, the delay time has decreased during the treatment (we will of course try to adjust ourselves if possible).

Cancellations, changes and credit:

Cancellation or postponement of ordered treatments will be accepted, only with the prior notice of a minimum of 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on Fridays.
Cancellation or subsequent postponement will be charged a cancellation fee of about 50%.

general:

– Please refrain from attending treatments with valuable jewelry and objects. We are not responsible for lost items. – It is not recommended to drink alcohol and eat heavy meals near the time of treatment.
In case of any doubt regarding the performance of any activity, treatment or use of any facility, please consult the staff.
Ownership and Copyright
The copyright on the site is the exclusive property of “Another Drop” only.
The management of “Another Drop” reserves the exclusive right and without notice – to change these procedures from time to time, to add to or detract from them, in relation to the entire site or part of it.
The owners of the site may block access to the site for anyone who attempts to harm the site.
The images on the site are for impression and illustration only. The site system reserves all rights to any original material contained on the site including images, videos, explanations, and articles.
Do not reproduce, copy, or quote all or part of the articles, use videos or images, without the express permission of the site owners.

Agreeing on such procedures is a precondition for a contract between the parties. Browsing the site and the content contained therein – are subject to the conditions specified in these procedures and also on the site itself – and indicate the user’s consent to these conditions.
“Another Drop” undertakes to keep the details you enter on the site and not to give them to a third party except the credit card companies, without obtaining prior approval from the customer.
Purchase through this site is only allowed to those who have reached the age of 18 and over

How to purchase:

Purchase on the website (clearing page for payment with secure and encrypted credit through Cardcom).
Or by telephone.
The means of payment are credit card / Facebook / Beat / bank transfer or cash.
Validity of gift vouchers – A gift voucher or any product purchased through the site, is owned by “a little different” until the moment of payment. A gift voucher can be redeemed for up to one year from the date of purchase.
For each purchase you will be sent a receipt tax invoice in accordance with your law.

Terms of cancellation:

These cancellation terms apply to the purchaser of the gift voucher and not to the recipient of the gift.
The customer is entitled to cancel a transaction that he purchased in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, no later than 14 days from the date of the transaction. Cancellation of a transaction will only be done in coordination with the site staff / “another drop”. The transaction was actually canceled only upon receipt of the cancellation approval from the credit card companies.
A customer who has purchased a product / voucher and wishes to cancel a transaction, will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase value (clearing expenses handling the cancellation of the transaction). A customer who wants to return a product / gift voucher – knows and agrees in advance that the validity and value of the voucher is null and void – undertakes to inform the recipients of the gift voucher in writing and forward a copy of this letter to “Another Drop”. Of course, after these actions the transaction is canceled and the customer’s money will be refunded in part or in full in accordance with these procedures.
